7 NATURE MUST HAVE A LEADER

الحمد لله الذي أرسل رسوله بالهدى ودين الحق ليظهره على الدين كله ولو كره المشركون. أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله ، اللهم صل وسلم على سيدنا محمد وعلى أله وأصحابه أجمعين، أما بعد

فياعباد الله أوصيكم وإياي بتقوى الله فقد فاز المتقون. قال الله تعالى في القرأن العظيم: {وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ فِعْلَ الْخَيْرَاتِ وَإِقَامَ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاء الزَّكَاةِ وَكَانُوا لَنَا عَابِدِينَ (الأنبياء: 73

Ma'asyiral Muslims Rahimakumullahu trial Friday,
Let us together increased devotion to Allah swt. Because of this attitude is the hallmark of a Muslim believer.
Every person in this mortal life, has the function of leadership, a leader in their respective communities. On this occasion, we want to describe moral leadership than necessary, as outlined by the first Caliph Abu Bakr Siddiq-Allaah 'anhu, when he was sworn in as head of state after the Prophet died. The contents of his speech as follows:
Amma ba'du, brother and gentlemen .., actually I have been elected as leaders over you, and I'm not the best of you, so if I do good help me. And if I acted wrong then I make straight. Honesty is the mandate, while lie is a betrayal. People who are weak among you actually stronger in my side, until I can return to him his rights Inshallah. Who is a strong contrast between you, then he is weak in my side, I will take him up to other people's property is taken. It is not a jihad in the path of Allah, but Allah will inflict a humiliation to them, and it is not an abomination spread in the middle of a people, but God's wrath will be poured out upon the whole people. Obey me as long as I obey Allah and His Messenger. But if I do not obey them, then there is no obligation on your obedience to me. Now you stand to pray may God bless you ... From the first caliph kenegaraaan speech, it can be concluded that there are 7 kinds of moral leadership that needs to be held by each prospective leader. And also responsible, well above its leadership in environmental, community, and country.
Let us describe the seven character or nature.
1 Nature of Humility.
Many of the leaders were initially close to the people, down to the bottom, to the integration of the weak, but so has the position, the nature of conceited, arrogant, haughty already begun to appear. Basically humble nature is not degrading position of a leader, instead it will raise the degree and dignity in the eyes of society and the people.
2 Expect support and are open to Critics.
Every leader needs the support and help of many people. However his ability, he can not perform his duties, without the help of many people. If that many people are apathetic / do not want to know, ignorant to all the advice and actions, then such things, is a significant challenge. That is why, a leader must be open to accept criticism, so long as, the nature of the criticism is healthy and build.
3 Properties Holding honest and trustful.
The nature of trust that is unbelievable. And maintain the trust of the people, is one of the important characteristics of Islamic leadership. Islam requires every Muslim to Muslim and to preserve and maintain the trust.
Maintaining the trust is a relationship between the veins. When that trust is broken, then terurailah all ties, relationships, severing ropes good goal,. In terms of maintaining the trust is handing something matters or responsibilities to those who are able and capable, and meet the requirements.
It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah Allaah 'anhu he said, "Messenger of S, A, W said:

إِذَا ضُيِّعَتِ اْلأَمَانَةُ فَانْتَظِرِ السَّاعَةَ. قَالَ: كَيْفَ إِضَاعَتُهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: إِذَا أُسْنِدَ اْلأَمْرُ إِلَى غَيْرِ أَهْلِهِ فَانْتَظِرِ السَّاعَةَ.

"If the mandate has been wasted, so watch the Day of Resurrection." He (Abu Hurayrah) asked: 'O Messenger of Allah, what a waste of that trust?' He replied: 'If the matter is not left to the experts, then wait for the Hour! . "(Shahiih al-Bukhari, book of ar-Riqaaq, Amaanah Raf'ul chapter (XI / 333, in al-Fat-hul).
4 Applicable Fair.
Fair is to weigh and treat something the same way and the same, not limping and one-sided. Islam puts a matter of justice and away from kezhaliman as an essential attitude to life. Justice must be applied, in all walks of life regardless of the person, even also have to be fair to himself.
5. Commitment in the Struggle.
A leader must be consistent in the fight. Namely the continuous and sustainable in the fight, at one time unflagging spirit and relentless. In a struggle to uphold the ideals and truth, must be met with obstacles and challenges. The obstacle must be overcome, not only inevitable, especially resign and leave the battleground, lost are unknown.
6 Be obeyed and proportional.
A leader must devote himself to the mission entrusted on his shoulder. He must have authority to the people they lead. A leader must be willing and ready to resign if he did fraud. Do not continue to maintain its position.
7 Dutiful and Devoted to Allaah.
Leadership is human, has flaws in addition also has the advantages, which determines the rate of the latter is divine instructions and lines that have been set. Therefore, a leader must always connect themselves to God, worship Him, carrying out everything approves of him and stay away from all things that His wrath. The results of the attitude of devotion to God, shall beat everyone, especially the attitude of the leader in order to have balance and constancy in every situation and condition.
Thus 7 kinds of Islamic leadership qualities that can be learned from the speeches of the first caliph, and particularly addressed to the leadership that will hold and also being in charge.

بارك الله لي ولكم فى القرأن العظيم ونفعني وإياكم بما فيه من الآيات والذكر الحكيم، أقول قولي هذا وأستغفرالله العظيم لي ولكم ، ولوالديّ ولوالديكم ولسائر المسلمين والمسلمات والمؤمنين والمؤمنات، فاستغفروه إنه هو الغفور الرحيم

الحمد لله رب العالمين وبه نستعينه على أمور الدنيا والدين . أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله ، اللهم صل وسلم وبارك على سيدنا محمد وعلى أله وأصحابه أجمعين، أما بعد.

فياعباد الله أوصيكم وإياي بتقوى الله فقد فاز المتقون. قال الله تعالى : أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم : يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ. (آل عمران :)102

إن الله وملائكته يصلون على النبي يآأيها الذين ءامنوا صلوا عليه وسلموا تسليما

 اللهم صل على سيّدنَا محمد وعلى آل سيّدنَا محمد. اللهم اغفر للمسلمين والمسلمات والمؤمنين والمؤمنات الأحياء منهم والأموات.

ربنا هب لنا من أزواجنا وذرياتنا قرة أعين واجعلنا للمتقين إماما. ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار. عباد الله، إن الله يأمر باالعدل والإحسان وإيتاء ذي القربى وينهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر والبغي يعظكم لعلكم تذكرون.  ولذكرالله أكبر
